Dallas E. Klemmer received a B.A. in Prelaw from Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina. He earned his J.D. at the University of South Carolina School of Law in Columbia, South Carolina. Mr. Klemmer’s practice focuses on trust and estates, including guardianship, probate, wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, charitable remainder trusts, personal residence trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, special needs trusts, Title XIX planning, medical assistance eligibility, business succession planning, and discount valuation planning.
Mr. Klemmer has been named a Wisconsin Rising Star twice in Milwaukee Magazine, which recognizes fewer than 2.5% of attorneys in the state. Through the National Association of Estate Planners and Counsels, Mr. Klemmer is certified as an Accredited Estate Planner ( AEP) and an Estate Planning Law Specialist (EPLS), the latter of which is the highest designation for an estate planning attorney that is currently recognized by the American Bar Association.
Mr. Klemmer has been actively involved in community activities, from serving as board chairman for a local private school to helping establish several community-based, non-profit organizations. Mr. Klemmer is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, and Attorney’s Title Guaranty Fund, Inc.
